Mentor Development - Empowering Educators

The BE All Mentor Development Program is designed to empower educators to become mentors who can lead transformative learning experiences. Through this certification program, educators gain deep insights into project-based learning, social-emotional learning, and biophilic education. This program provides the skills needed to create a supportive, engaging, and sustainable learning environment for all students.

Teacher-Gamer Multiverse Methodology

The Teacher Gamer Multiverse Methodology combines the power of role-playing games (RPGs) with project-based learning to create immersive, interactive learning environments.
 
With RPGs in their repertoire, teacher-gamers model intrinsic motivation, team building, and solutionary leadership within a number of expanding skill sets. Developing academic, socio-emotional, kinesthetic, and creative life skills, learners explore adult readiness, identity and trust in teachers, mentors, and their future. RPGs in schools guide youth in skill acquisition as they co-create narratives through collaboration, failure, empathy, and risk-taking.
